Six months after launch, you will revisit a delivered customer site. With six months of data you can begin to pinpoint pain areas — where are users falling off? Are they abandoning their cart? Are they dropping off at sign in? Taking that data, you can review the Progressive Mobile experience and make any suggestions on how to combat these pain points. It’s also a great time to revisit design decisions, especially shopper-driven design choices.
Compiling all this into a presentation, you’ll take your findings to the customer. The hope is that they will be motivated to allow us to execute on your findings — or better yet, test them — in order to ensure their site is performing optimally.
