Hopefully you will have uncovered a great deal of information from your kickoff with your client — about the organization and their end users. As you wait for the customer to send you resources, like font files, brand guidelines, and image assets, you can sift through your notes and jot down any final thoughts. Was there anything you did not cover that you would like to know about? Do you have an understanding of shopper behaviour? Work with your project manager in gathering any content you may be lacking.
The crucial thing to remember is that the design kickoff is an opportunity for the client to understand what you will be building for them, and for you to know who you are designing it for.
